• If you need transportation to the meeting point, it is mandatory to request the pik-up and drop-off at the time of booking.

• The value of the transfer is not included in the tour amount.

• Book your reservation up to 24 hours in advance, to ensure your transportation to the meeting point of the tour.

• After the purchase, we will send you contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) for our operator to make preparation for departure.

• Transportation is available in two areas of Algarve, Barlavento (west) and Sotavento (east). 

• The times and places of departure will be confirmed later.

• Customers are collected at several pre-defined central points  and not necessarily at the hotel reception.

• The transport service follows its own circuits. Customers should be at the pick-up point 10 minutes in advance.

• Silnido is not responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with timetables and other instructions from customers. No refund will be allowed.
